Description: Animated Touhou cursors, featuring Kaguya Houraisan. The NEET of Eientei, and Mokou's (im)mortal enemy. Now she can live rent-free on your desktop!
Made by www.pixiv.net/en/users/345405 and ported from windows to X11 by me
Gladly! Well first off the archive that the original artist links to is broken, so you have to recover the individual files. Then you have to fix the names so that they are normal (something with shiftJIS maybe? I can't really tell why they're corrupted) and can be used in bash, and you use it to pass each one to `win2xcur`. Since i could only get the individual icons without any context, i had to manually decide which icon should be shown for each state, and name the icons accordingly so that the DE would recognize it. Google lens was also useful, since i could translate the images the author posted too see what they are supposed to represent.
Alright, however when I try to run win2xcur it tells me "bash: win2xcur: command not found" any idea whats wrong? I have installed it however I'm not sure if I installed it correctly as I have no experience with pip, python and what not. If you need any details about my systems please do let me know. Thank you!

How do you port them over? Mind teaching me?

If I'm being honest, at this point I'd recommend you ask chatGPT. You definitely have not installed it correctly, that's for sure.
