Good old SUSE KDM3 theme in Green.

To activate it on a modern openSUSE system, install kdmtheme from the KDE:KDE3 repository

zypper in kdmtheme

For further instructions on how to setup KDE3 on openSUSE, take a look at: https://en.opensuse.org/KDE3

Afterward, extract the theme to /opt/kde3/share/apps/kdm/themes and activate it within the KDM Theme Manager in Kcontrol. Don't forget to check the box called 'Enable KDM Themes' above.
