Makes the video look like an old VHS tape. Needs the same clip on two tracks. Apply this effect to the top one. Apply this effect minus the Transform and the Crop, Scale and Tilt effects to the bottom one. Adjust the keyframes in the Crop, Scale and Tilt effect so that the glitch line keeps moving through the video at constant speed repeatedly over the duration of the video. The scanline0r effect can be deleted if not needed or deemed overkill ;-)
