Instructions:
1. Download the zip and extract it
2. Using your terminal with sudo priviledges, copy the two folders into /usr/share/themes/
sudo cp -R Skeuos-Blue-Light-XFWM/ /usr/share/themes
sudo cp -R Litemint-Blue-XFWM/ /usr/share/themes
3. Goto Settings > Settings Manager > Appearance > Select Skeuos-Blue-Light
Then below it, toggle Set Maching Xfwm4 theme if there is one
4. Goto Settings > Settings Manager > Window Manager > Style > Theme: Litemint-Blue-XFWM
5. Done

Firefox is not themed, use vinceliuice whitesur theme for the firefox.
NOTE: This is mainly tested on my machine with Fedora 38 XFCE, I don't have the resources to try it out on other desktop environment.
