This will absolutely not install, Plasma get new global themes refused to install it.
I copied the folder "KDE-Story-Blue-Dark-Global" to ~/.plasma/look and feel, it did not appear in the list of global themes.
I copied it to ~/.plasma/desktop theme, no luck/
If this can be usefull, my system info:

Hi stickwoo, I tested the Global Theme in System Settings. I received an information that he cannot install Wallpaper. I closed System Settings, then did the log out and tried to install Global Theme again, and this time it was successful. I don't know why it's happening, but Global Theme is fine. I checked all the elements within Global Theme and there were no errors.
