A Vlc skin based on the Pip-boy 3000 from the Fallout franchise.

Improvements in the new version:
- Changed pause indicator animation
- Added stream/media recording option
- Added recording indicator
- Added recording/pause/activity indicators to the minimalised skin
- Added DVD playback support to both maximised and minimised skins
- Remade the external video window behavior algorithm
- Added the option of closing the external video window
- Added audio files detection, and altered the skin's behavior to react accordingly

All the screens (Player, Equalizer, Playlist, and extra) will appear on the main Pip-boy.
This skin contains a minimalized interface, an easter egg, and also the Nuka Cola Challenge.

Don't be alarmed, the full version loads much much faster - I guess I couldn't be ar*ed to do the proper compressions for the demo version

  - Added an animated one time boot sequence (can be replayed, though)

  - Drastically improved the compression algorithms, resulting in a smaller filesize and a noticeably faster loading time
