Does what it says on the tin. There is no skin per sei, but only desktop icons with vlc buttons, which can be ordered as you wish, like normal desktop icons.
You can disable/Enable some of them from the "Icons Settings" window.
You can chose from two "moods" - light and dark, depending on your desktop settings and/or mood and taste.
There is a status display window which, if activated, appears only when media is playing (shows the media type, playing/paused/recording). This window is enabled by default, but it can be disabled.
Also there is a media timing window, which, if activated, appears only when media is playing. It is not active by default, but it can be activated, and
a volume bar window which, if activated, appears regardless if media is played or not. It can be activated or deactivated.
The video window, if active, will open ONLY if the played media has video. It can be deactivated so it won't appear at all. You can chose to have player controls in the media window as well, or not.
