Glassified KDM - Netbook Edition

Description:
This is a KDM-theme based on the Glassified Plasma Theme espacially for Netbook-users with a 1024x600 resolution.
It uses a little smaller font and a different background-scaling attribute.
For those who want a consistant visual experiance.
