Description: KArc is a flat theme with support for transparency using QTCurve. KArc also supports translucent window backgrounds (blurred and increased contrast) using Desktop Effects.
How did you manage to make the folder panel of Dolphin translucent? We used to have oxygen-transparent https://www.linux-apps.com/p/1005412/ but until now I didn't see an equivalent for plasma 5.
First of all, thanks for porting this to KDE!
There is just one small issue I have with the window decorations - when using the KArc (and the KArc-Dark) Window Decoration I am not able to resize windows. First I thought I have something misconfigured but then I tried out the Breeze Window Decorations and with them it works. Would be awesome if that is somehow fixable without adding a thick border like Breeze has :)
That's a good point Peter. In VirtualBox, the panel does turn white also but in my installed distro (Mint Kde) it has the right colour but no transparency.

What am I doing wrong? Is this theme meant to be used only with KDE plasma 5?
I've only tested in on KDE Plasma 5 (specificall 5.4.2). What are you currently using? What distro? I can try to test it out in a virtualbox and make any necessary adjustments.
Good work. I adopt it right away, thanks. Only one problem. Using it on the panel, there is no transparency and the panel's widjets don't have any either. Can we tweaks that transparency ?

Correct, there currently is no transparency in the panel and widgets. I am working on it and will release both a flat and transparent version. Stay tuned!

I'm using Kubuntu 12.04 here with KDE 4.8.5
