Description: Many people requested the look of Plasma 5.4 be brought back instead of the new 5.5 one. So this is the theme that was shipped with Plasma 5.4, you can install it along with the Plasma 5.5 theme.
There seems to be some name conflict between this and the official theme: after using this theme, it is not possible to switch back to the official theme without uninstalling it

The very first version of this package had that, yes. Try removing this theme and reinstalling it through "Get New Themes..." again.
