Description:
Just a modification of Produkt Plasma Theme by Islingt0ner, shipped by default with KDE4.
I turned the Ubuntu-ish orange into a more elegant blue, and I also added Arch branding to Launcher (which you can remove by deleting widgets/branding.svgz).

Installation:
Copy ProduktBlue folder to your ~/.kde4/share/apps/desktoptheme/ directory.

Nice theme! I've noticed there is a small bit of orange bar left in widgets/lineedit.svgz file. I think it should be corrected with blue :)
