Hello, first: thanks for the plasmoid. I use it on OpenSuse11.2, and would like to use it to start Yast with root priveleges. Which command should I enter? I tried: - yast - yast2 - kdesu yast - kdesu yast2 - kdesu sbin/yast - kdesu sbin/yast2 but they all fail. Anyone who knows the right command?
Try : kdesu -c /sbin/yast2 Should Work
Hello, maybe a strange question, but how does one get the little icons to show as in the screeshot. All I got is the big icon of the wheel and nothing more. I did make an entry to kmail in the options menu, so when I click the icon I get Kmail to show up. But how do I get more entry's? Thanks in advance.
add more plasmoids

It would be great if this plasmoid had the same size as the rest of icons on the panel, and grows/zooms outside of the panel towards the center of the screen ... not outside of the screen, as mentioned above.
I would also like me
My panel is set to be as thin as possible. When I add this plasmoid to it, the icon is about 50% of the size of other icons on the panel. It would be great if this plasmoid had the same size as the rest of icons on the panel, and grows/zooms outside of the panel towards the center of the screen ... not outside of the screen, as mentioned above.
Some suggestions... 1. Agree with joth66 about dragging icons to plasmoid to configure 2. Would be nice to have multiple buttons per plasmoid (like QuickLaunch) rather than multiple plasmoids. 3. Would be nice if user could control maximum expansion size (even if it is within plasmoid defined limits). 4 When added to a panel, the icon currently maximizes towards the edge of the screen rather than towards the center of the screen (like the Mac UI). It looks a bit odd. Could it be changed? 5. It appears that animation is smoother when plasmoid lives on the desktop than when installed on a panel...could be my hardware/config? Good work
Having more than one icon on it would be totally awesome. And yes, it does animate better when it's on the desktop than on the panel, no idea why.
Great idea, but there are two problems: 1. The command-field. It's easy enough to add programs, but the plasmoid isn't too happy about commandline arguments. For instance, it refuses to launch k9copy if the --assistant argument is added onto the end. It might be possible to circumvent that if the command is a bash-script instead of a binary (haven't tried yet) but it shouldn't be necessary. 2. This is more of a wish, but it would be great if you could just drag-and-drop a .desktop file onto the configuration window and the plasmoid would automatically fill the fields corresponding to what is specified in the .desktop file.
It seems really interesting. Does it fit into a panel? I'm talking about making a hidden panel with just one plasmoid: this one.
It fits fine in a panel. I've tried in an autohide panel on the right-hand side and no problem so far. of course, you need one plasmoid per app and not just one but otherwise it works.
don`t work env WINEPREFIX="/home/ingame/.wine" wine "C:\..." command and URL path in command line (((( or may be i am wrong ?
Very nice plasmoid ;) Please add the option to add the name of the icon and the option of rotation with an increase. Thanks :)
Seems nice, however i've got compilation errors : ------------------ In file included from /home/damien/compress/moc_configform.cpp:10, from /home/damien/compress/klicker_automoc.cpp:4: /home/damien/compress/configform.h:23:27: error: ui_configform.h: Aucun fichier ou répertoire de ce type In file included from /home/damien/compress/moc_configform.cpp:10, from /home/damien/compress/klicker_automoc.cpp:4: /home/damien/compress/configform.h:30: error: ‘Ui’ has not been declared /home/damien/compress/configform.h:30: error: ISO C++ forbids declaration of ‘ConfigForm’ with no type /home/damien/compress/configform.h:30: error: expected ‘;’ before ‘*’ token /home/damien/compress/configform.h:32: error: expected `;' before ‘private’ /home/damien/compress/configform.h:33: error: ‘Ui’ has not been declared /home/damien/compress/configform.h:33: error: ISO C++ forbids declaration of ‘ConfigForm’ with no type /home/damien/compress/configform.h:33: error: expected ‘;’ before ‘*’ token make[2]: *** [CMakeFiles/klicker.dir/klicker_automoc.o] Erreur 1 make[1]: *** [CMakeFiles/klicker.dir/all] Erreur 2 make: *** [all] Erreur 2
