Okay... basically this is ArchCursorBlue, originally created by bavardage here http://kde-look.org/content/show.php/ArchCursorBlue?content=78506 )

...but I heard some complaints about it being TOO BIG, and I found I wanted it smaller too... so...

The original is 32 pixels and this version is 26px.

I am able to make it smaller if anyone wants it more mini

I'm also thinking about making different color variations. Requests are being taken now.

In Terminal...
1. cd /path/with/file
2. tar xvf ArchCursorBlue-26px.tar.gz
3. sudo mv ./ArchCursorBlue-26px /usr/share/icons/
4. Edit ~/.Xdefaults ... add this line: Xcursor.theme: ArchCursorBlue-26px

The next time X starts an app, it should be seen... or after reboot.
