Sorry for the (rather long) wait on the full sized ones. They really are big and I didn't think many people liked that. Let me know how they work, I somewhat forgot exactly the changes I had to do for a perfect port.

9 9 excellent
9 The most amazing cursor ever. Been using it from ubuntu 10.04 to Linux Mint 18.3 nowadays
The Full Size doesn't work with Ubuntu 10.10+ :( Please update the Corsur Thanks!!!
Gracias, ¡¡está muy bueno!!
thx for this. i checked out jj ying's website. extremely talented. was wondering if someone could port 'Azenis cursors' that would be amazing.
Everytime, when I install new version of Ubuntu, one of my first jobs is to set default pointer theme - Ecliz! Excellent, wonderful work! Keep doing! Regards
This cursor is great, but it's really hard to see on a dark background. If the light grey rotating was light blue neon or something I think the cursor would be easy to find on both light and dark backgrounds and would look incredible
Great cursor theme.
The theme's not showing up after installing it through system-> preferences-> appearance. I didn't see it in /usr/share/icons either. Do you know where it could be?
ah... got it to work. very nice theme. sorry for being such a noob.
how did you fix it?
Great cursor, but: I'm using the full sized cursor in Ubuntu 8.10. The 'loading' cursor in firefox, instead of going to the rotating arrow, uses the 'loading' image of the previous cursor I was using (Oxygen_White). Outside of firefox it seems to work normally.
Nevermind I got it working
How?
I think all you have to do is restart x, I recommend just giving your comp a full reboot and that should do the trick.
simply amazing. finally got it working. If anyone has any issues with it not showing up after dragging and droppping in the appearance theme tab; I had to apply the theme (and not keep current) or it would not show up. most likely a local computer issue lol, but in case it helps. this will be my go to pointer for a while! :D
Another thing you can do if the mouse isn't showing up is to run gconf-editor, then desktop -> gnome -> peripherals -> mouse and change cursor_theme to the name of the mouse theme folder in .icons. Bit of a pain in the arse to do every time, but easier than to keep reinstalling the mouse theme.
Easily the best mouse pointer I've ever used. I'd like to give a big THANK YOU to the developer(s). This thing is gorgeous, and I love how the different pointers are just different effects of the same pointer. I especially love the waiting pointer. Very, very nice job!
Go to -> System -> Preferences -> Appearance and drop your just downloaded file on the "theme" tab. * no need to un-archive the content from the compressed file. that's it. Work's for me in Ubuntu 8.04 and 8.10. Sorry for my bad english.
ye, I did so but it only works in some apps but not in whole system. is it possible to apply it to all?
If you use compiz, you should configure compiz for that cursor too... you should look for this option in compiz configurations window... and if you mean that the cursor doesn't change while you run software on WINE then it's still not implemented in it.
yep, it did helps. thanks alot for advice. btw in wine apps it works to.
I finally got this installed but ended up using a script found on another courser download. I modified it and it works great. Just double click the install script and say RUN in terminal. Then restart X. I can email it if you want to post it instead or look at it for implementation.
i installed via clickanddrag to appearence prefs, set as current cursor, relogged in, but the only time it (ecliz full) shows up is when in opera and when doing animations (links, close, resize)
That can happen if you're using compiz. You have to change the icon theme in the ccsm preferences to nothing. Also, you can try my trick on the first page of comments.
