Description: I was looking for a simple cursor set, as I didn't like the rather thick xterm default "line" of Ubuntu. So there I stumbled upon Moony's "Aero Mouse Cursors with Drop Shadow" contribution. To make it less MS looking, I swapped that circle for some more distribution-affine animations. There you go. I hope u like it.
Really beautiful cursor! But I had to replace it because Gnome3 shell restarts if I try to rearrange the icons on the the dash. The problem is that your cursor theme does not have some of the icons. Please update...
Hello. I have been using this theme for years. But Ubuntu changed its logo and it's completely orange now. It would be great if you could ever make a new version of this cursor theme with the new logo? Thanks
i like so much this version, ind i use this on my ubuntu, but you could make the same mouse theme, with the original ubuntu's mouse, so much cooler! =D
thank you
Thanks anyone for the support and encouragement.
@ psycholinuxuser, that will only be possible if I'd drop frames from the animantion. How much of a speed increase would you need ? Double? 50 %?

And with shadow , it's nearly perfect.
What about Xubuntu version and even Fedora version ?
It may be hard to make a xubuntu one because the mouse in the circle ...
Good job. I like yours much better than my attempt at the idea a couple years ago.

xlcheese,
let's blame the search/browse function of gnome-look.org for this :-)
Seriously, I find it hard to find stuff that may exist already, say, based on key words etc...

This is not a bug with this cursor, I tested with firefox 3.0.12, and it works as it should. That said I assume firefox 3.5 is being used, if so, the firefox team decided to remove the waiting cursor from 3.5, and it effective in all platforms, not just linux,
