UPDATE to a previous comment: I was playing around with Manjaro in a virtual machine last night to see what it was all about, which uses Matcha as its default theme. However, about the problem I mentioned 4 months ago, the Manjaro developers have fixed it, where the Xfce settings dialog boxes, on the light and regular versions, have a light gray back ground when the mouse hovers over each item in the theme lists (GTK, icon, or window manager, and maybe other places). Therefore, I uploaded their themes in the VM to my Google Drive and re-downloaded them onto my computer. Thus, Matcha is what I use now for my theme, with Manjaro's corrections.
Very well-done theme. One little problem, though: In the regular and light variations, in the Xfce (version 4.16, BTW) appearance dialog boxes, whenever the mouse hovers over an item in the list (appearance, window manager, etc.), the hover is black on whatever the text color is, making it hard to read. I looked through the code and couldn't find anything that would be causing it. I was about to make this my everyday theme were it not for that.
Very nice except for the dotted lines in the scroll area's wich I know how to remove, but sadly this theme is not supported by Nemo file manager on Peppermint and thus can't remove them.
