PS: I know, it's not like the *real* RISCOS, but I tried my best to mimick some
parts of it combined with the abilities and drawbacks of XFWM... ;-)

Note that the settingsfile 'themerc' can be modified - especially if you
don't like the large resize-window-buttons on top-left and top-right

--> you then have to activate 'button_offset=-4' instead of 'button_offset=20'

PS2: This is only a theme for XFWM, the theme for XFCE may follow if I'll find the time and the patience to create the gtk-themes
