- Clean installation of Linux Mint Xfce 21 Vanessa - Disabled Internet connection during installation - The system will break if receive updates
If you want a Win2k type theme in GTK that does NOT modify any file in your system use "Onestepback" by JPSB. It's actually quite good. (Actual theme, not a script.) Just place the Onestepback theme in the appropriate directory and change to it from the Settings>Themes dialogue.
If you want just drag and drop themes and icons folders manually without running the script. The script is just for saving time drag and drop some files.
