Sorry to say that this icon theme isn't noticed by the systemsettings of kde (plasma 6 neon user). I downloaded from github and extracted but that didn't help. When I try to open any of the icons with Inkscape it refuses to do so. Something is terribly wrong here.
7 Really original! Looks good! Only 24 "app" icons is not so much. When I download the theme from kde-store and when I download it from github none of the app-icons can be seen. They all don't work. But I hope they are going to. I like this theme.
