PidginRunner is a Krunner plugin for Pidgin. If your familiar with the Kopete contacts runner it works the same. Looks up contacts for Pidgin in KRunner and opens a chat window. Also you can set the status for Pidgin as well.

If you use Chrome/Chromium to surf the web then this runner for plasma may be useful. When enabled, it searches in Chrom* history. Only one note: matches are returned only when Chrom* is closed because when it runs it locks its database so the runner can't read it.
